This collection for School leaders is part of a collection endogenous Open Educational Resources for African schools aimed at Continually improving the Quality of Learning (CIQOL) within an Extended Professional Learning Community. Besides these resources for Teacher Educators, it offers:

• Working with Teachers: A Handbook for Teacher Educators 

The purpose of this guide is to support teacher educators in using TESSA resources in their courses and programs. This guide is intended for lecturers, inspectors, pedagogical advisers, teacher trainers in both initial and continuing teacher education, decision makers, and all those involved in teacher training - both initial or continuing - and professional development.

• The Teaching Practice Supervisor Toolkit

The Toolkit contains resources that teaching practice supervisors can use to support teachers in training during their teaching practices. The Toolkit will also help supervisors to encourage the integration of TESSA resources into training teachers' practices.

• The Inclusive Education Toolkit

The Toolkit contains resources to train teachers to use strategies that enable all students to reach their potential regardless of their abilities, difficulties and needs. The Toolkit refers trainers and teachers to TESSA resources that are particularly relevant to the implementation of inclusive practices within the classroom and school.
